Be The Man Barber is an independent, female-owned private grooming studio built around quality, consistency, and respect for both client and barber time.

We believe in transparent pricing and a professional booking experience without hidden “booking platform” fees.

No Booking Fees

We do not charge additional booking or convenience fees to secure your appointment online.

Protecting Appointment Time

All online bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

This secures your reserved appointment time and protects the business against late cancellations and no-shows.

Deposit Allocation

Your deposit is applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is payable in studio via card or digital payment.

Online Bookings

No additional online booking fees apply.

Card Payments

A standard 1.5% card processing fee applies to all in-studio EFTPOS transactions.

Public Holiday Surcharge

A 15% surcharge applies to all appointments booked on Public Holidays.

3.⁠ ⁠CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. As a private studio operating by appointment only, late changes significantly impact the business.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 4 hours prior to the appointment start time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, fail to attend, or do not provide notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

For repeat late cancellations or no-shows, Be The Man Barber reserves the right to request full prepayment for future appointments.

4.⁠ ⁠ARRIVAL & STUDIO EXPERIENCE

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to settle into the experience and ensure appointments run smoothly.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling if it impacts following appointments.

Private Studio Environment

Be The Man Barber is designed as a private, one-on-one grooming experience focused on professionalism, comfort, and attention to detail.

We respectfully ask all clients to maintain a calm and respectful environment within the studio.

5.⁠ ⁠BOOKING THE CORRECT SERVICE

To maintain scheduling quality and ensure every client receives the level of detail the studio is known for, please book the correct service duration when making your appointment.

If an incorrect service is booked and insufficient time has been allocated, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. In these cases, the original deposit may be forfeited to cover the reserved studio time.

6.⁠ ⁠SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Your satisfaction matters.

While refunds are not offered for completed services, if you believe an adjustment is needed, please contact the studio within

7 days of your appointment so we can review and, where appropriate, make reasonable adjustments.
